According to data from Apartool, which in 2023 has provided more than 100,000 nights of accommodation in serviced apartments, the average was 65 nights per booking, for travelers who mainly came from consulting, construction, energy or retail companies. Most of these companies have moved their employees to large cities, especially the major international cities. Paris, Barcelona, London, New York, San Francisco, Madrid and Milan stand out among Western destinations, while Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Riyadh stand out in the Middle East. Among the services most in demand by corporate travelers, in addition to wifi service and work space, is the option to stay with their pets.
